Orders are processed and shipped within 24-72 hours, weekends and holidays excluded. Orders placed after 12 pm EST will begin processing the following business day. Once placed, some orders can be canceled within 24hrs, but but may be subject to a cancellation fee. Purchases can be exchanged for alternate items if the order has not shipped.
Émeute reserves the right to cancel any order due to issues involving merchandise availability. Shipping time may vary due to availability of merchandise, in which case, the customer will be contacted directly.
Orders Within The USA
Émeute offers free shipping in the US, excluding Alaska and Hawaii. Packages are typically shipped via USPS Priority or USPS First Class Mail. Express is available upon request.

Émeute is not responsible for lost or stolen packages on purchases made without insurance and/or signature confirmation.
Émeute ships worldwide. All items are shipped USPS, and rates depend on the weight and size of the item.
First Class International is the least expensive shipping method. First Class International generally takes 10-21 days, but does NOT include tracking or insurance.
Priority Mail International is a mid-priced shipping method. Priority International usually takes 1-2 weeks to arrive, and includes basic tracking, delivery confirmation, and insurance. We recommend this shipping method.
Express Mail International usually arrives within 5-7 days after processing and comes with tracking, confirmation, and insurance. We recommend this shipping method for time-sensitive deliveries.
**Depending on the customer’s country’s customs department, this shipping method may take longer than 5-7 days. This is not the responsibility of Émeute.**
All customs duties, taxes, or fees are the sole responsibility of the customer. Émeute is required by law to accurately declare the value of all international orders on the relevant customs forms and on the included packing slip. Occasionally, customs delays do occur. The amount and types of duties, as well as other customs information, can be obtained by contacting a local post office.
Return & Exchanges
Refunds and free exchanges are available for Maison Émeute items only.
Pieces may be returned in original packaging with tags still attached. Contact must be made to initiate the return process within 48hrs of order delivery. Exchanges and/or returns are not honored if the garment is damaged or the original packaging and/or tags are missing.

All vintage returns are granted in the form of store credit only. Store credits are valid for one year from the date they are issued.
Vintage Items & Uniquities
All vintage and accessories may be returned for STORE CREDIT only within 7 days of delivery as long as the garment is returned in the condition it was sent, must be unworn and unwashed with original tags.
Items purchased during a store wide sale and regular sale items, and products which are FINAL SALE may not be returned.
